Refund Policy
Refunds on unused service periods are available subject to the following
terms and conditions.
- Refunds will not be issued
for those who are terminated for violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy.
- Customers receive the first 30 days of service free, provided they remain under
the usage limits of their plan. In the event a customer has gone over their plan limit during the 30 day trial period, they will be charged only the excess usage at the plan rate. Customer may request cancellation at any time during the first 30 days.
- Customers cancelling after the first 30 days of service will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused service period, provided they remain under the usage limits of the plan. If a customer has gone over their included plan usage, customer will receive a final invoice consisting of any overage charges, and the account will be closed.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. If a credit card has been canceled or expired, refunds will be issued by cheque.
